Referencing one specific trigger beat my whole value prop

Stopped leading with the product. Now I open with one thing from the prospect's last quarter (hire, launch, funding). Reply rate went 4% -> 9% over two weeks. The hard part is deciding which trigger is worth mentioning when there are three.
